Please note that our bots have a one-track mind, so if you schedule reminders within close proximity of each other, the bot will forget any previous conversations and goals, including tracking responses to earlier conversations. We're interested in our subscriber's prolonged health, and encourage them to try and meet the U.S. government's physical activity guidelines of 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week (around 22 minutes a day). We expect that all subscriber's have obtained medical clearance before beginning an intense exercise regimen. We ask that subscriber's use exercise monitors to track your vitals while working out to prevent overexertion.
