If you've opted to ship your Vinyl Records to us, we will be sending a courtesy email to you as a gentle reminder to ship if you haven't already. Simply package your Vinyl Records securely, include a return label with your name & address and mail it to:

You may choose whatever shipper you prefer, we recommend the U.S. Postal Service for its reliable home-delivery service, shipped via Media Mail rate because it's content-appropriate and the least expensive option for heavy shipments!

1. Please consider the environment and do not overpack your media. Wrapping records in bubble wrap and putting them in a box is a recipe for disaster. They're better off shipped in a vinyl shipping box, as they will withstand the usual bends and twists of shipping. Use the smallest packing possible for the lowest shipping rates and less opportunity for damage during shipment.
2. We recommend that you put your Name & Address on each piece of media you submit. If your package comes apart during shipment, they'll be able to identify the owner's contents!
3. Pack your media well! Anytime media has gone missing during the shipment process, the shipper was usually not well-packed. This means double-taping self-glued flaps to ensure they won't come apart, and securely tape-wrapping larger boxes to prevent blowout!
4. Do not include order printouts or filled out order forms if you have paid online with PayPal. We already have a copy of your order, simply ensure that your package has your return address on it, so we can match it with your order when it arrives!

Simple Shipping?

If you opted to use our Simple Shipping service, sit back and relax. In a couple of days, you'll be receiving a reusable package from Under Design for you to mail your Vinyl Record safely back to us. Inside are instructions for how to pack your records safely, and each pack holds up to 4 vinyl records (for that multipack album conversion!).

Once shipped, it takes 8-14 business days for your order to arrive back on your doorstep. Each Vinyl Ship Pack arrives with an additional Audio CD with a backup of your Vinyl Record!
